2003 Spec Bumper fit a 2003 GXE?

I am wondering will the stock bumper off the 2003 Spec fit a 2003 GXE model, is it at all possible and what would have to be done? I don't have a actual pitcure, but lets just say it stands out!

you'll need the hood as well, along with some other retainer pieces. There is a write up on www.thevboard.com under exterior/interior
