Which H.I.D. Kit to get?

I'm tired of mucking around with my p.o.s. projector light harness' I've been thinking about just upgrading the setup to HID. What brand is the best? And what bulb would be the best?

h1 or h3.. whichever is ur low beam

best brand is either hella or phillips and go either 5200 - 6000 K because it whiter and little blue.. you dont want 2 blue for it sucks in the rain.

if u have halos i recommend u get the bmw / lexus/ 240 SX angry eyes glass bulb and put the hid bulb in there.

hope this helped.

oh.. if u want HID hit me up and ill give you a price on them.

Hmmm,
I don't know what you mean by 'kit'. If you mean the bulb and the ballast, well I wouldn't waste my money. You are actually better off getting an 'imitation' bulb since even though they blow out, they are still cheaper to replace and will give no better light than your stock bulb, just 'look' cooler.
If you actually want better lighting, get the full kit with a housing. This is a separately mounted piece, like a fog or driving lamp, that has all the correct optics to aim the light.
A halogen designed housing/reflector DOES NOT work with a HID bulb even though the bulb fits. You will be lighting up sky, the ground by your bumper, and oncoming traffic.
Hella is my reccomendation since they do OEM stuff for the bavarian breed of car (VW, MB, BMW, etc.). Sylvania has a kit too.
I imagine piaa or kits using phillips equipment is good, but PIAA is mad expensive, and I'm not keen on companies that mix and match parts.

Seth

I imagine if I was looking to spend $700 on my headlights I could go with the entire projector setup. I just want the cool looking bulbs. I have my PIAA 1100X Platinums to help light up the road.

For the ultimate.....

For the ultimate HID kit go with the CATZ HID set up. They are original equipment for Nissans as well so how can you go wrong. Catz.........might be pricey but then again you get the best. Im getting it at the end of this month.......it looks awesome. Peace!!
