I just noticed that my clearcoat is coming off on my 96 burgandy sentra. Thankfully its only one little spot on my rear passenger side near the trunk lid. Is there any thing I can do to prevent it from getting any worse? And then what should I do to prevent it from happening again?

taking it to a shop and having it professionally refinished would probably be your best bet

and regularly waxing your car (2 - 3 times a year) will greatly decrease your chance of it happening again

yea... wetsand, re clearcoat, then take care of the paint with regular waxings...
