Not with clearcoat in the way. I seriously think the only way to correct this problem is to sand and respray.

ohhhhhhh its a problem with the base coat got it. i thought if you just smooth out the clear coat its good to go

mono coats = the gay... even new ones... the clear coat is SO protectiver, mono coats just got way...

i can get pix of the car, but i need someone to host. from what im reading so far, the only way to fix is to sand and re-spray <sigh>, some poeple just never have luck with anything.

Light to moderate orange in the clear coat can be fixed fairly easily with wet sanding and buffing with a cutting compound, I do it all the time.

If he even has a clearcoat. In any case, this will not simply "

wet sanding isnt exactly a beginners skill, hell thyats not detail work thats bodyshop work...
