white paint on black car

ok so i have a little bit of a problem here.... i drove my car over some wet white paint on the road and it splashed up onto my driver side sideskirt... the paint is dried pretty solid now and i wanted to know how to take this off safely without damaging my clearcoat...... any suggestions?

yea, also try to spray the area down with some sort of lubricating cleaner, water based, not like WD40... then run a safty blade(like a hard thick plastic credit card) over the area to try and loosed the paint... a regular credit card will work for this too...
