While this section is for members, it's worth noting the poor customer service of ADR Wheels. I had a minor problem with the paint and a decorative piece on one of the wheels. I have sent about 5 emails and called numerous times. Their customer service is horrible (if it exists), they dont even respond. The wheels themselves are pretty nice for the money, but don't expect much in terms of service from them or any attempt to uphold the warranty of their products. Sad but true, figured I'de warn other members.
thanks i wont be buying them. and i hope ya get it all resolved. and if not rase hell if they piss you off theres no reason you shouldnt piss them off................karma
"Please consult your local body shop for color matching." is exactly what and all they sent me, responding to an email from October 16, 2004. It is their paint which is peeling and they have told me to contact a body shop. The other question I didnt even get a response to. I will not be buying ADR wheels EVER again. Their service sucks, and they've just lost a customer due to it.

their problem is they fail to realize you are a member of a very large forum.....................they will be loseing many a customer i have accualy looked at their wheels and contemplated buying a set but not any more
so how old are these wheels and what chemicals have you poured on them before they started peeling?
Since their clear coated (and not exactly known as the most durable wheels), the lightest stuff possible. Mainly for my wheels I've gone with soap and water (although we have used Gliptone on non clear coated wheels) and I got them last summer so a bit more than a year.
I think during this winter since I'll have some 16 in winter wheels and tyres on instead of the ADRs, I'll sell or toss the rims, keep the Yokos and get a set of OZ Racing Chrono Evolution.
Your should tell em about this thread and maybe they will try to kiss ass to make up
i second this motion
