John,

Despite poplar belief, please understand that businesses are no more made of
money that you are. we cannot take a $780.00 loss any more than you can. If
we could financially SUPPORT "fronting" you the refund, we would. We know
you got jipped. The problem is we don't have that option avaiable. Were
still on your side here. Please don't make an enemy of the only ally you

Thank You
NinjaCar.com

thanks for the info I was going to order a kit from them with my Christmas bonus check..................
but I think i will just wait and see how this turns out!!!!

SO...ONCE AGAIN I SIT AND WAIT! WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL SH*T

They first said they would give you a COMPLETE refund and now they wont. We're all with you on this one. Keep trying.

Well speaking from not just a Manager, but a former business owner. It would be in my best interest to solve the problem the quickest way possible. If it means taking a loss of $780.00 to only write it off at the end of the fiscal year as a business expense, and thusly getting it back at a later date, that I would gladly do for customer relations. personally I would file a complaint with the BBB and contact an attorney, especially since they are now in short threaten you, in that saying basically if you don’t shut up they are not going to give you anything back at all. I would contact the company that manufactures the items you originally purchased explain to them the situation (BE VERY NICE ABOUT IT) see if they are in stock. Ask them if ninjacar.com has placed an order for those items if they have asked them to forward you the billing copies. To see what the alleged hold up is. if ninjacar.com has NOT ordered the product you ordered and paid for then at that point I would contact the before mentioned attorney, BBB and find out who provides the company its web service and report to them that Ninjacar.com is performing shady business deals. Also I mentioned before to contact Tom Martino, @ www.troubleshooter.com or call his hotline about it.

ThANKS...

hEY RED...
Thanks for the advice ,but I tried that!injacar.com(a.k.a. Shan stewart, varitech, etc.) WILL NOR GIVE ME THE NAME OR CONTACT INFORMATION OF THEIR SUPPLIER! I wanted to contact them personally, but I have no way of knowing who they are.As for the lawer, the the next step in my process.I've already filed with the BBB and the FBI's internet crime devision. The FBI in turn relayed the information to the Oregan state police and the Pennsylvania state police as well.BUT... like everything in this wonderfull freakin' country of ours, our laws protect the bad guys more than they do the honest guys like me!

Well not to knock anyone and not to take the glory from LIUSPEED but aerotrends.com offers kits for our cars, infact my last estimate was
COMBAT $899
DRIFT $799
XTREME $550
SKYLINE ( FRONT ONLY ) $250
PLUS SHIPPING

Granted the combat and drift seemed a little pricing but the xtreme kit for 550 plus shipping seemed great to me, i've been considering it. Who knows.

well if u really wanna know my prices i can tell u that the XTreme kit that you are talkin about is 500 bux from me without shipping and handling.

drift and other kit i hafta check with my people but that sure as hell cheaper that 550 not shipped.

and what makes it better is that it is the original from VIS themselves.

Well, this is news to me. I've heard of shady companies, but it still pisses me off. I really like their syndicate grill for the B14 but I don't want to order from them unless they can guarantee me that it's in stock. Can anybody else get this for me?

"Their" Syndiate grille is the design of Mike Roberts, who posts as Scorchin'200SX on this board. He did the complete design himself, and Six (owner of NinjaCar) was never told he could sell the grille. The CF shift boot, and a few other items on Six's site are also the design of Mike.
