just want to share some Rules of Nissan Canada before you sign up leasing any vehicle.
1. there is a termination agreement fee of $499. It means if you do not wish to lease another vehicle from Nissan you are entitle to pay $499 termiation fee at any time prorior to your maturity date. Even if you agreed to pay all the payments till end of your lease and you want to return the car for example 3 months earlier you still have to pay $499 fee
(other manufaturer are ok to return their vehicle and pay till end not Nissan).
2. You can not have vehicle take over by another party if less than 6 months left on your lease agreement ends.
I learned it hard way.
