ANDY'S AUTOSPORT....TERRIBLE!!

Okay. I purchased a grill, well at least I PAID for a grill, that I ordered from their website in early April. A week later they tell me it is NOT in stock and will take at least TWO months to get in. So I cancel, but they charge me 10% for cancelling the order.....ON A PRODUCT THEY DIDN'T HAVE!. I took the hit and said, fine, just credit me account. Two weeks later, still no credit, I call them and ask where it was. Oh it was just processed yesterday and you should get the check this week. A week later, STILL not check, they said I should get it soon.

After almost two months of B.Sing with them I tell them I am disputing the transaction throught Visa and STILL haven't heard a darn thing since. It's over TWO months now and I am still in the process of getting credited, MINUS the 10% through my credit card company.

Not only will I NEVER deal with this company again, I reccommend NO ONE ever deal with them. Their customer service is the WORST I've seen......spending AT LEAST 15-20

minutes on hold each time to talk to the same person.

ahhhhhhhhh.....feel better now.

I can have that kit shipped to you for $876.93 door to door. Shipping is a lot for some reason but those are the current rates through our shipper. This will ship out air freight and is fully insured and tracked. Let me know if you have anymore questions, thank you.

$815.10 for the aero package + $767.93 shipping = $1583.03. I lowered the shipping price for you because I found a lower rate, you won't find a deal like this anywhere George. Let me know because I have most of these kits sitting in JPs warehouse and the wait times to ship is extremely quick.

The aero kit comes with all installation parts, most parts will already be installed on your car. All the mounting points on the aero kit line up where the OEM factory Audi bumpers line up so installation is a breeze.

The full aero kit is manufactured out top quality urethane, fitment is not an issue. The part leaves in the raw urethane black and can be prepped for paint easily, they do not come painted.

Give me about 5-7 days in order for the part to ship out, transit will take about 7-14 days. You'll have it in 2-3 weeks basically, the distance from the United States to Israel is the whole wait time. Let me know when you're ready to post payment, thank you!

It's about 2-3 weeks for the kit to get in and shipped out, JPUSA is lagging a little bit and the kit is not in stock here at our shop. I have it on order and it will ship shortly, I believe they're waiting for the front bumper, your sides and rear are sitting in stock. Once the kit ships, it's only 7 days because it ships out airfreight, not ocean.

Now lets take a simple calculator and Windows(R) Calendar and lets make a simple calculation You got the money in 12 May 2006 + 7 days = 19 May 2006.
+ 14 days for transite = 2 June 2006. Lets say We have a weekends and holydays + one more week. And we get the 9 June 2006. That mean its need to be already here in Israel.

Jalal, How it can be, that I didnt got till now the tracking number?
Jalal, Tell me please? Offer me compensation something? Let me feel good.

About special order, show me please where it was writen in your site or in our emails?

And in the end, you talking about business? Look at this business from my side. One month ago I made the money transfare to your company.
