Broken Plastic piece in Wheel well

I was driving down the highway and all of a sudden I smelled something burning, and my car started to wobble a little....first thing in my head was Flat Tire! I pull over and get out to look and there's no flat tire, the front piece of plastic in my wheel well came loose and got ripped apart by my passenger side tire.

I tucked the damn thing away and drove a while since it wasn't hitting the tire until I could get something to cut it off since I was 4.5 hours away from home. I cut it off and now my washer fluid tank is exposed. Does anyone know what this piece is called so I can buy a new one and where it would be sold? Maybe at a dealer??

Yeah that's the wheel well lining. You're most likely gonna have to get that from a dealer.....not sure how much they run though.

if you have a friendly dealer, they may let the powertrain warranty cover it.
