Unhappy Crazy flasher problem

Crazy Flasher problem My hazards and turn signals intermittently change to the ultra fast "you have a light out" speed. Even while the lights blink this fast, they all still work. Sometimes it comes on slowly and then speeds up to its strobe light speeds. is this a possible flasher relay problem?

Some cellphone chargers are incompaitable with the power output and cause this problem. Did with mine when I went with the El Cheapo charger.

Try picking up a quality charger from the manufacturer, rather then the $2 ones in the mall.

It was the charger. How odd. But It wasnt some cheap charger. I looked in the service manual and the flasher is on the same fuse as the cigarette lighters, kinda stupid if you ask me, but hey i didnt make the car. Anyway, the type of charger is responsible, because of the way it charges the phone, it is some sort of pulse charger, this way it can convert the power to whatever it needs, so thats why it happened, and now that I know, I wont be freaked out when it happens. Thanks for your help everyone!
