good idea to buy a used 03 spec-v?

Well i went looking around todai to check out some spec v's and i got to say is im not all that impressed on how kept up the dealerships are with them. All of the dealerships i went to didnt have them =/. well anyways heres my question: should i buy this 03 spec-v basically had it fully loaded with a mileage of 15k(around that area) selling for $15,995. Only prob is that it has scratches from the left side(driver side) front all the way to the bak. not a whole lot deep or anytin, noticable, and has a gash in the bak bumper right bout | | that wide. give me your opinion nd of course some of u guys would say lower that shit down for that stuff nd i will.

way too much to pay for a used one...you can get an 04 new for less than that..........definitely drop them down to like 12k or less.........and make sure recalls have been done, look at a carfax of the car, get the whole history!
