Question Need information on new Nismo parts

Heres my deal, im going to be dropping a few hundred dollors on my car and i want to get some Nismo parts, right now i want to get eathier headers or a intake or even both if i have enough this pay check, anyways my problem is that im not too car savy but from what ive seen there is electrical outputs or something like that just about everywhere in the motor so how would i go about putting it on? and could i be able to do it with a friend? and another question somebody said that R-Tuned parts arent street legal in some states is that true, and does that count in California? thanks any info would be great.

R Tuned parts from what I know are NOT legal in California according to CARB(California Air Resources Board). You might want to think about that before you throw some of the NISMO stuff on your ride. I know Injen makes a CARB legal cold air intake(CAI) for your ride. As far as a header, to have an aftermarket one is basically illegal. I would suggest looking into Hotshot for your header application.

No problem. A fully bolted on Spec is pretty nice to drive around. Don't go spending all that money at once.

About installing, just search and you will find what you need to know. Also it's header not headers.
