brake lights on

i don't know...maybe it's just my car. i have an 03 ser and when i drove at nite w. my headlights on...my brake lights are on and so is my spoiler light. so i drive at night i look like i'm braking...when i'm not.

Take it in to the dealership, they need to look at that ASAP. By the way its illegal to drive like that.

aite. thaks. don't know if you read my post earlier about my slow acceleration...but could that be why i accerlerate slow because something in the car is telling the car that i'm braking so it won't let me accelerate.
