Looks like what my 1992 SE-R does on the autocross. Nice job, I am looking to buy a 2003 red SE-R this week in fact. Does the regular SE-R handle the same as the spec-V?

simple answer - no

spec-v has:
wider, better tires with smaller sidewall (less flex)
stiffer suspension
limited slip
