Exclamation Calling all Spec V owners

My uncle got a 2002 Spec V w/ 6 speed. He asked me for the low down on the car, and what could be done. He is Nissan incompetent. He drove a Avalanche and his baby used to be a 2000 Trans Am convertable. I have advised him on I/H/E, balance shaft removal kit. What cams should he get. He also wants to go forced induction, and is very serious about it. He wants this thing to destroy the local turbo DSM's (He won't have a chance!) Also, I drove it and loved it , but i'll never buy one. I'd much rather have a B13 SE-R. Also, are there any companies out there with stronger rods, forged pistons, and cylinder sleeves. I've been searching for hours and i'm getting very bored with dead-ends.

There is only one choice for cams at the moment and that is Nismo. JWT should be releasing their cams soon, and I believe those are supposed to give better gains but I'm not sure.

I/H/E is a good start, make sure he doesn't get crap brands like Megan Racing, stick to Hotshot or AEBS for the header, AEM, Injen, etc for intake...blah blah blah. I don't know of any new rods, pistons, or cylinder sleeves, but if he is serious about them then he should talk to Travis on b15sentra to get some custom made.

if you have been searching for hours you'd have come up with www.b15sentra.net

go over there and search for Dion's Spec V.

trust me.
