Trouble with headlights(found something)

Awhile back I was having trouble with my headlights, you know the highbeam(light out indicator) well I was behind a pickup truck looking
at my rides apperance in the tailgate when Noticed my rightside headlight
blinking on and off about every 4-5 sec...well I changed the bulbs and it
still did the same thing going down the road,,Humm so I started looking..
what I found (Due to our wheel hop) the fuses in the engine bay were about to fall out...sooooo I pushed them back in and I'm going make a velcro strap to go across the fuses to hold them in place, Should solved my problem.
