just picked up a 02 spec v and I was wondering if anyone knows how it would sound with the stock exhaust and a header

it would be louder than stock, but it might also get a little higher pitched than it would with an aftermarket muffler.

I'd get some sort of cat-back to compliment the header. Just make sure it has a decent sized resonator on it to reduce the sound if your concerend about it.
