Hi everyone,

I just bought a 2003 Spec V yesterday. Never pictured myself in a Sentra, but the combination of practicality and fun won me over after the test drive. I'm kind of a newb when it comes to performance tuning, but anyone know what are the easiest ways to get a little more boost from this car (without turbos)?

Intake, header, exhaust, pulley, balance shaft removal, knock sensor relocation, clutch, flywheel are pretty much the only performance mods the spec-v has out right now. Supposedly cams are coming at the end of the summer though. Congrats on the purchase

Thanks! So for the most part, these small mods can be done by yourself without an expertise in cars? I took 1 year of AutoTech in high school but I'm not sure if that would be enough to get started.

if i were you i'd start with breaking it in properly then go with a header first then intake, I'm not going to do the balance shaft kit yet becuase it will void your warrenty then you'd be screwed if something happens, congrats on the car, your one of us now
