gotta say, very satisfied. the tone is as stock as can be at idle and under 1500, kicks up around 1900-2200 and roars to about 4000. after that, just a little deeper on the stock sound. when you first start it up, maybe for about 2 seconds, it has a deep rumble. looks good, not overly done. performance aspects, seems like the car can peel out a little longer from stop, but may just be my optimistic view. the car doesn't jerk anymore between 1st and 2nd, which i am happy about. seems like the powerband is a little smoother overall. one thing, smokes from 70-100mph like nothing! didn't have such kick that high in the rpms before.
one bone to pick with stillen, i sanded and polished the welds, they were black as soot and not cleaned up at all when the exhaust came in.
one question, i couldn't get the stock bolt and spring on with the ground, but was able to get it on without the ground. should i be worried? first time i have seen an exhaust with a ground? anyone have input on this?
overall, fit quality - 8.5; sound - 10!, appearance - 9.5, performance - 8.
