OIL ?

Hi guys,
I plan on switching to syn oil. Any recommendations for engine and manual transaxle?

I used to have Royal Purple for tranny fluid. Now I use BG Synchroshift II. The BG is alot IMO.

Thanks Saint, after I posted that I did a search and got all sorts of results. I have an Alfa Romeo GTV6 with a transaxle. (front engine, rear wheel drive with transaxle in the back.) I use Amzoil gear lube and it works great with the clutch type limited slip.
My 85 Nissan pickup (Fred) with the Z24 motor has had a steady diet of Mobil One starting at about 50K and just turned 300,000 miles.
It probably would have done the same with fossil oil, but who knows. I'm going to be buried in that truck.
