Just bought a motor and need help.

i ended up gettin a 07 3.5 out of a maxima and i need to know if it will drop right into a 06 sentra 1.8s or not. i also need to kno if anyone knows what all i need to complete the swap. thanks for any help.

you shoulda just saved your money and bought a car with the engine you want in it. the only thing i could suggest is take it to a shop and see if they will do the swap for you.

that's what i said but oh well.

the swap is far from drop in. like someone said in the other thread, contact travis or do some research on it. there is plenty of information on b15sentra.net and myspecv.com about it

I told you it's far from a drop in. Good luck paying out the a$$ to get Travis to do the swap for you. It's ~5k extra for extra parts and extra labor on top of another ~5k for the swap IF you already had a Spec V. I say Spec V specifically because he uses the 6spd already in the Spec V. Also, he is highly unlikely to do the swap with someone elses motor. So, you pretty much bought the motor for nothing. Good luck, maybe next time you'll heed some well placed advice.
