Manual Trans drain/fill plug torque?
Anyone know the torque settings?
In case it matters, I have a 2005 1.8s 5spd.

For the QG it's 87-173 in/lbs

That is a big range....anyone care to comment on what they torque these 10mm and 14mm hex nuts too?

That's not that big of a range. It converts into 7.25-14.41 ft/lbs. The QR25 is ~5ft/lbs range.

Whatever you do.... don't over tighten.
I usually go till it's tight, then a little blip just to get the copper washer to seat and that is it. If it's leaking (which it never has) then untorque and retorque again or get a new washer.
