I just bought it a few days ago. It has 30k miles on it. The car was owned by an older lady before I purchased it so I imagine it has been gently used. No wrecks and no major or minor problems reported in the past.

Everything is fine for the most part except two things.

1) The outlets for my cell phone do not work. I plug my phone charger in the outlet and then plug the charger into my phone and it says there is an error. The phone never charges. Is this something that I can easily fix? What might the problem be?

2) Most importantly the car vibrates a good bit when stopped at a traffic light. What might be the cause of this? Should I take it in since it is still under warranty or is that normal for a Sentra?

Anyway, a picture of the car is below. My first project after those two things are taken care of is to put a relatively small spoiler on it. Then I'll take it from there. Any suggestions since I'm new to all of this?

I'd suggest taking it to the dealership and have them inspect it, front to back. That way you'll know what is wrong with the far, if anything.

The phone: Have you tried it in another vehicle? Are you sure it's the outlets in the Sentra? Based on what you were describing, I'm not completely convinced it's the car, yet. Try both outlets, and you can also try a different car too. If it works, then there probably is something wrong with the outlets.

Brakes: At 30k I was due for new pads and shoes.

Aside from all that, the car looks great.

Hey, thanks! The charger worked in my truck I sold just a few hours before I attempted to charge my phone in the Sentra. That leads me to believe it's the car. It did it in both outlets. But, I will try it in another car just to be sure though.

Yeah, I was thinking the dealership is the best bet. Better safe than sorry.
