Misfire cylinder 1 problem!

Alright guys
My Spec V has been having problems lately. A little over a week ago it stopped idling and misfiring alot. So what i did was i changed the plugs which were very old and solved the problem, but since then i have been getting

HS02 Bank 1 sensor 2 Heater circuit low
and Cylinder 1 misfire

What i have done so far is
Replace the plugs
Clean the injectors
Replace both O2 sensors
Test Coil packs
Test coil pack harness voltage
Test Cam position sensor
Changed oil (for valve timing reasons)

I still get these two codes being thrown. And the misfire does not occur until the Ctec or whatever its called timing kicks in. I am completely stummped I have no idea what else could be wrong. The car is basically stock but has an AEM intake and a Greddy Exhaust Any input would be greatly appreciated
thanks
Jason
