2005 1.8s ? about aftermarket parts

Hey hows it going i just bought a new sentra 1.8s and i been wanting to add anything aftermarket to it like exhaust, strut bar, coilsprings etc. does anyone know where i can find stuff that fits that car or does any one really know if like 00-04 sentra or spec v stuff will fit the 1.8s i really would like to know that. Thanks alot.
