Power stearing fluid?

I was checking fluids today and I noticed that mine is a very dark brown. And I figured that now is a good time to change it. Now I know that the holding unit has an inlet and an outlet. And just by looking at it, it looks like i can just disconnect the outlet and let it drain and then refill it. But will this get it all out or is there a better way to take care of this?

Any info is appreciated. Thanx!
