I just install the Jwt pressure plate, stock clutch disk, and flywheel. The clutch grabs great but the is almost no resistants on the clutch pedal. It takes a lot less effort than the gas pedal. i thought the Jwt pressure plate was suppose to have a stronger clutch pedal feel. What's up?

Is the cable adjusted properly? And yes the JWT PP feels like stock, but will certainly hold more power than the stock PP. Part of why I like mine, I previously had an ACT that was so stiff it stretched clutch cables.
the old clutch was stiffer than JWT's. I adjusted the cable as far as I could. It might be stretched. The old clutch engaged high. The new clutch engaged very low. Barely off the floor.

Don't equate stiffer with more clamping force... Replace the cable just in case as it is a cheap fix....

I had the same problem with a clutchmasters. The cable didn't really stretch, but somehow the new pressure plate caused it to be too long to adjust correctly. I got a new cable and put a makeshift shim on it to get it to adjust enough. I looked for a shorter cable, but was having a hard time finding one. IIRC, the cable I had was 51 inches. Good luck!
Many of the SR20 people do use the GA16 cable... Otherwise your clutch cable was stretched. Really it is impossible to tell unless you measure it VS a stock cable...
My SE-R did the same thing after installing a JWT pressure plate. Both the mechanic and I were pretty surprised at how light the pedal pressure was the first time we stepped on it. I read that the JWT pp is based on a stock pp but with a different pivot point for the fingers. Like moving the fulcrum point on a see-saw. Rest assured, it is grabbing better than stock. The ACT street setup would've cost me less than the JWT PP/B15 SE disc but the light pedal pressure was well worth the extra cost (also I have no need for 200ft/lb of torque handling).
My clutch cable also had to be adjusted as the clutch grabbed closer to the floor. I am actually at the end of the cables adjustment and it grabs maybe 2 inches from the floor. But I had it that way even before the pp upgrade so it was fine with me. Again, its the different pivot point causing this.

I had the ACT street"able" clutch.
My knee still bugs me once in a while and I have had the stock clutch put back in for over a year now.
I would say ACT is for drags only.
You will really hate it in stop and go.
It did what they said (handle 200ft/lb) but only for 16-17k miles!
What kind of mileage do you get out of a Stock vs a JWT set-up?
P.S. I wonder if ACT will buy me two knee replacements?
