clutch

My sentra has an aftermarket clucth. When the engine is cold
the clutch performs ok but when it warms up it starts to perform
bad for example the clutch pedal feels hard and it sticks when i release the pedal.I feel like a clunking noise on the pedal somewhere or the clutch i don't know i checked the clutch cable and it's fine, does anybody knows what's causing this problem? Please help

When you upgraded your clutch, did you take a look at your flywheel, T/O bearing and clutch cable? Clunking noise is exactly comming from where?

The noise comes from around the firewall and the clutch pedal that's where I feel the thumping sound coming from, like sticking

Definitely check the whole clutch assembly from the clutch cable to the linkage and arm. If all that seems tight and snug you probably are going to have to drop your tranny and check your pressure plate, disc and flywheel. Its a process and if your not familiar with it you should take it to your mechanic.

Thumbs up

Thanks for the help, I guess I'm gonna have to take it to the mechanic for a check up. This is giving me a hard time.
