i suggest you use the search button as this has been asked a few hundred thousand times.

you will get results explaining the benefits of each.

or......just get whatever one you want......unless you want us to spend your money for you.

Hotshot, I dunno about the SR in your car but it seems QR's with the Injen CAIs have problems.

or you could do what I did and cut the hole for the intake resonator bigger and connect a piece of hose to your air box and run it into your fender. Cost me about $5 dollars. It amazingly helped a little performance wise too. (According to my highly accurate butt dyno.) I'm serious though. I'm half tempted to get the thing dynoed with and without and see if there was that big of a difference. I just need to find a good deal on a dyno place around here.

no dice the thing is that what you have done is getto riged a cai type extention (no problem with that ur just using your cheap imagination lol more power to ya!)but when u dyno it you wont have any cold air being pushed into in so it wont show any gains exept for the ones you freed up when you took off the highly restrictive "silencer" horn what you should do now is order a MAF adapter off of ebay with a filter (keep you cheap ass there its only $21 lol) i did it and it make an incredable sound now im working on makeing a CAI extention and placing the filter directly behind the left foglight
EDIT: oh and the best thing about our highly underpowerd cars is that even the slightest bit of hp incress you feel. the day i took of the resontor on the box (no new filter no nothin) i felt like i was drivin a damn vette! well...maby the little brother of the vette that gets beat by his dad. but non the less a relative!
