Tranny Fill Plug 5/16'' rather than 3/8''?? With Pictures!

I have searched an found nothing.

I am needing to change my tranny fluid in my SE-L. It's manual. Looking on here and SR20DE forums it looks like most people use the fill plug in the front of the tranny (facing radiator) to get the fluid back in. I want to do the same, but I'm wondering about which screw it is. I've found one that seems correct, it's about 3/4 up the tranny on the front and faces the radiator. The only problem is that it's a 5/16'' TORX rather than the 3/8'' square drive that most people say they have. It's real easy to get to from the top of the engine area. I was able to start unscrewing it and other than the size it's similar to the drain plug which is a 1/2'' square drive on the bottom of the tranny. I just want to see if anyone else has encountered a similar screw or if I'm looking in the wrong place before I drain the tranny. I have a picture at home and if no one has any ideas I'll post it tonight. Thanks.

OK, since there are no responses yet, here's some pictures. Does this like like the right general area for the tranny fill plug?

you can fill it anywhere man. you can do it through the speed sensor to make life easier even. that front plug is the hole to check fluid level.

On the same topic... Just to make sure I'm not a total idiot, the tranny oil drain plug on the ga is on the bottom of the tranny facing the driver's side wheel right? Cuz I tried to drain it last night and this morning and I couldn't budge the f****r with my back braced and a foot pressing on the wrench. The FSM says it should be 18-25 ft-lbs, so that means one of a few things:

A. I've got the wrong thing.
B. It's a left hand thread and I was twisting it the wrong way.
C. Someone before me ridiculously overtightened it. (It does look kind of messed up, but it's hard to see through the grime.)
D. I have the weakest leg in the history of legs.

Anybody know the right answer?

The SR20DE forum set me straight. That is not the right plug. I was looking for any type of plug and didn't really think about where it was after I found one.

Here's a link I was given:

That thread's about the filler plug, and I can find and turn the filler plug no problem, but isn't that one I described a DRAIN plug??

The Drain plug is at the bottom side of the tranny.
