Some questions. (has nothing to do with engine)

I didnt know where to put these questions but, How the hell do i disable my alarm system? The auto lock and all that shit. And my dash board lights every once in a while go out for a day or 2.. then come back on. This repeats over and over. I Think there a short in one of the wires.
