I need to swap flywheels out of my 97 200sx SE-R (sr20de). Ive searched and searched and only found one installation "how to" but it was for the b13 with a ga16de. Can someone point me in the right direction? Or give me a basic how to on what all needs to be done just to get to the flywheel? I wanna get started on this project today beacause I really need my car with that other flywheel on asap. I wouldnt post such a noob like thread if I wasnt desprete for some info! hehe Thanks.

There is a sticky at the top of this section with the B14 FSM, it'll tell you what you need to do.
As a general overview you'll need to drain the trans fluid, remove the axles, remove the tranny, remove the pressure plate/clutch disc, and then remove the flywheel.

There was a link for a write up for a Sr20DE clutch job here somewhere, I read it out of interest. There are issues with the FSM not giving much detail.

Yes I have it, my middle name is Squirrel, I will find it and email. This is for a SR20 SER 91, but I kept it as I figure a lot of it is the same for the 1.6 B14.

BTW my clutch is still hanging in there. Grips well so long as its not slipped.
