Hell no. I'd notify ebay immediately. If I'm not mistaken it's against their rules to use copyrighted material in an auction without permission or giving proper credits.

totally it is. I forgot who but someone had their car's pictures stolen and used for selling the body kit they had on it. They bid on it and jacked the price up to like 10,000 so nobody would be able to buy it and contacted ebay. Honestlly, if you want you can make a big fuss out of it.
