Rare bodies

I have a 95 Sentra with a blue body and original black bumpers. Someone told me that this is rare. What do y'all know about it?

A few things I know is.... this is the baseline sentra...what I mean is that this is the sentra that is right below an XE, the sentras with the front and back bumpers is as standard as it comes.... I think you also have 13" wheels, as compared to the other models, which come in 14" and 15" wheels, not much of a difference though,......just my 2 cents

it doesn't mean that it can't be a good lightweight project car.

What would you do to my car? I 18 and i dont have a lot of money but would love to do anything to help with the power. Accel is ok with just me in it but with even a small girl in it slows considerably. Anything you can think of to help this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

some free mods: ignition advance and throttle cable tightening. but note that you'll need at least 2 tankfuls of high octane fuel before safely advancing timing. do a search, it'll end up somewhere.

Start with the basics; Intake, Header, Exhaust.

Preowned stuff will be your best bet too.

If your low on money, just take it one at a time. As far as price, it depends on where you get it and what you get. I got my Injen Intake and some replacement headlights from a forum member a while ago for around $70.

My suggestion would be to just search the classifieds and when you see something that you want, talk to who ever is selling it and see what you can do about the price.

You can always try your hand at fabricating your own cold air intake. I have full instructions in my signature below.

Hop on over to autozone and buy a K&N filter if you're too lazy to pick up a CAI (like me). also, buy some aftermarket mirrors (they're all over ebay) they're not uuber-quality, but they're a cheap upgrade that will make your sentra a little nicer. i would also recommend a sound system, but that can get expensive (i'm doin' that and i'm already $500 down on the HU and speakers)
