Ok there are 2 screws holding my front left fender liner in. One of them is loose and is rattling when I drive. It appears there is some clip holding it on but when I try to tighten it or loosen it it doesn't do anything. There doesn't appear to be anything inside the engine bay to see the other side of the screw either. Any suggestions? I dont wanna remove the other screw because its nice n tight. Could the clip be broken or maybe out of place? Anyone have a pic of what it is supposed to look like to tell if mine is messed up?

Well its probably broke or out of place like you said. You are going to have to take out the other screw to inspect what the promlem is.... You should see right off the bat if it is indeed broken or out of place by comparing it to the other tight one.
If it is broke try finding a small bolt and nut and a washer. That should fix the problem.
