short shifter again, do I need an es bushing?

If I buy the b&m short shifter, do I need the es bushing too. Also, where does the es bushing go?

Thank you

Jay

the es inserts will just give you better, smoother and more percise shifting, you dont need them but they are worth every penny

Its really good to have and 5 bucks isnt gonna kill you. More precise feel, not the sloppy rubbery loose feeling of the stock setup.
