Lightbulb Painting Sammy; Back to Black or New Color?

My '97 GLE needs a paint job and I can't afford the real deal, so it's gotta be Maaco. Will cost just under 700 for a decent coat. I know it won't be perfect, but my clear coat id fogging out and going to pot, so it'll look better than the cloudy mess I have now.

Should I paint it black again or should I get a different color (like YELLLLLOW! :-0) since you don't get this change too often. I have stock Rims and tint, FYI.

So essentially, if you could paint your car any color you wanted (sans metallics), what color would you choose?

Any input appreciated!

I would go with a silver color, or an orangeish color. Yellow might look good, but I'm not crazy about it.

yellow...ick
stick with the same color as it was stock
the base colors like white, black, red, etc. look the best IMO
Im not much for those crazy 'non-stock' looking colors

I'm more of a contrast colors sort of guy, black, white, silver, gray. I never liked any real flashy colors (red, blue, green, and what not). Obviously you should choose a color you like since we all have our own opinions . Although I don't know about that Maaco thing to be honest...but oh well its your choice.

700 dollars isnt a cheap Maaco job $399 is....as long as your car is maintained well you will be pleased....take your car in there and have it all ready where nothing can go wrong tape up headlights all the goods....

Go with black again, get it shinny as hell and just get that thing looking straight no dings, dents, or scratches

yeah but you have to maintain it, all they do is paint it. you should remove all the windows, trim, and badges it will come out 10x better.
my favorite color is the burnt orange that the new cadillacs/L.E. scion xb's came out with.
sorry its called "hot lava"
