I think I am going to replace by GA16 engine with a 2.0L engine. Are the transmissions the same or do I have to replace the tranny too?

you have to change trannies, ecu, radiator, exhaust, gauge cluster(i think), motor mounts, if you look up jgy customs, they have a list i just found to help.
