AH. HAHAHA. HAHAH. i got it.
ok, i started to tear my dash apart for this annoying squeaky/vibrating noise ive read about before on here, and noone found a solution to. well, a month ago, mine started making that same noise, and i just let it be. it finally got to the point yesterday, where i decided to rip everything out until i found the culprit.
......2 minutes into the dismantaling, i come across a metal bracket, connecting the dash to the body frame. guess what. both bolts were WICKED lose. tighened em, went down the road, problem solved. it was so simple, i dont know how noone got this.....
ok, take out your glove box panel thing, 4 screws on top(including removing lock bracket), and 2 on the bottom in the corners. remove pass side door jamb piece. remove kick panel. right above the kick panel, you will see sort of an "L" bracket, where it bolts to the bottom corner of the dash, to the frame by the door hinge. check those 2 bolts(10mm as always) for tightness.
hope this comes in handy, cause i know it saved me alot of headaches. also hope this wasnt already posted n i missed it
