I just now got my oil change done from Nissan dealer here in concord, soon after coming out of the shop i felt some noise coming ( it is something like a loose part). I took back to the dealer again... as usual no reponsible answer.. He said that i was having that sound even before i took to the oil change. Can anyone help me out. He said that the exhaust pipe is rusted so the noise is coming, but i never heard that noise till the time i took for oil change.
Let me know if there is a way to complain against these guys... Cause something simillar happened to my friend too.

Last time I got my oil changed at the dealer (right after I bought it), the damn drain plug fell off within 200 miles of the change.
More than likely, if they pointed out that the pipe was rusted, they took a nice swing at it with a screw driver, and poked a hole in it, so they could sell ya a new one when you complained. I am not pointing fingers, but dealers are scam artists.. Hell ya buy a car for 20K, drive it off the lot, and it's worth $15K instantly... Then they charge you 80% over cost on parts to fix that very same car they just screwed you on two months ago!...
Maybe I should go work for a dealer! Ha Ha

Wanting a 97 200SZ SE-R, I found it too, just need to sell the above so I can buy it!
yup for the most part it's hard to find an honest mechanic, they either get you in those hey while i was under your car i noticed.... or they get you when the bill comes and yeah that 20 minute job costed you $400 in labor. so anyway you look at it... look them up first... a good place to start is the bbb the better business bureau... i'm not shittin you these guys have power... while i was in the service at fort campbell, if two many people complained about a business not only would they fight on your side to get a resolution, but they would black list it to all post employees including military members and familys thereof. so you think it's a problem there are places to go. don't go out without a fight

Does the sound come right after the car starts or do you get the sound every instant of driving. Also from the documents can you tell which oil grade did they use? 5w30 or 10w30. because I change my own oil and after I changed to 5w30, after my car starts I had a sound like that. simply because the oil is not viscous enough for the cold starts. I observed this even in atlanta/GA weather.
