91' nx sr20 motor fit in b14???

i was always told that 91'-94' sr20de motors didnt fit in 95-99 b14s because the motor mounts are different i think (correct me if this info is wrong)... i was on ebay and i was looking at a usdm sr20de motor from a 91' nx2000..... and it says that u could drop it in a 95' g20 or 200sx with a few mods.....how would u mod it to make it fit in a b14?????

here's the link of the ebay item...

It will bolt in. If your doing a 1.6 to 2.0 swap you will need the mounts, tranny, and a whole heap of other parts.

We all live in a yellow submarine, a yellow submarine, a yellow submarine....

Ok enough singing Beatles stuff, now do yourself a huge favor and search. Whoever told you about the SR20 not fitting a B14, especially those that come from B13s, needs to hit themselves in the head for talking shit. I hate it when people say something they don't know squat about.

You need to research this more. There ar e alot of posts about the 1.6 to 2.0 swap. The year difference is not an issue because you are changing motors all together. Any SE-R tranny wirll work FWIW. Just try and get a 91-97 as 98's and 99's do not have LSD's. CHeck out the SR20 forum here and sr20forum.com for more info.
