info on a 99 Sentra Header replacement

Hey everyone, well I have been looking around and trying to do my homework, but is it hard to replace a header on the 1.6 GA16DE engines?? I'm looking to go with a hotshot header for some extra power..... What should I look for when I got to replace it? Just replace the gasket and direct bolt on? And would it hurt it if only replaced the header and not the whole pipes back to the exhaust, which I plan to do, just can't all at once....... Just looking to see if anyone has some advice or info about it. Also I plan on picking up a repair manuel to help me with the replacement.... looks easy, but are looks being deceiving? Thanks everyone!

With the 99 1.6 (if it's anything like mine) you will have to replace damn near everything...(which is good to do in this situation anyway).

It's a 99, he'll have to get a cat first.

You will need the header, a cat to place under the car (OEM SE-R cat works perfect) and you will have to modify the exhaust to meet up to the cat. It's easiest to do everything at once so you don;t have to shell out $$ to modify the crappy stock exhaust that you will eventually replace anyway. Save your pennies and do it all at once, you'll save $$$ in the long run.
