B14 A/C Removal

I searched and didn't come up with what I needed...

How would I tear out the a/c in my '97 Sentra? I need a detailed description... Can anyone help?

uh... remove it.

You'd have to vent the coolant first... let a shop do this, as it's highly bad for the environment to let that stuff out yourself... then disconnect all the wiring... unbolt the Compressor (4 bolts into the engine), tear out miles (seems like it...) of plumbing, remove the condenser from the subframe in front of the radiator, then pull off your dashboard and remove the big black box behind your glovebox... it's not that hard to figure out, but it's a lot of work....

congratulations! your car is 30-40 pounds lighter, and hot as hell on summer days!

it is hot anyway, i'll never use my a/c
i'd be screwed if i didn't have windows
I just needed something more detailed 'cause I don't want to accidently remove the wrong thing, or do it wrong and screw up my car...
