Turn Signals

Hey my car was in a wreck like most of yall known.
I got it up and running and fixed but my turn signals nor my hazardz worked
I have checked all fuses.
My parking lights come on they just dont blink

In my FUSE box under stearing wheel I found a broke relay I blieve it is.
its the middle one.
Is this what causing the blinkers not to blink?
there are a few sets of numbers I want to clude
2523 then either a 9 or a 0 then under that
79971
then in a small melted stamp
5717N and the N is underlined.

PLease someone help me.
I need to get my damn blinkers to work so my car will be 80% street legal
hehehe

this may sound dumb... but it could be it. did you take off the trim piece that goes around your cdplayer? that's where the hazard button is, and if the button is not connected to the harness that's behind there, your signals wont work....

Well,
The fuse for the signal is in the fuse box by your left knee. Under the steering column to the right side is the flasher clicker. If this breaks there is an idiot light for it on the cluster. you may have a loose or open connection somewhere. Maybe even in your signal arm itself (if it was hit too hard).
Otherwise there are no other flasher/signal fuses relays anywhere else in the car (like under hood for example).

this flasher clicker is it a blue box?
well blue box then a white right?
because all of my fuses are good..

If the driver side connector is missing will they work?
Because I still need the thing that connects the wires to the bulb.

but they have worked with it missing before but this time it dont work.

Well,
If a bulb is unplugged the rest of the lights will still blink, just at a fast rate to let youy know that a bulb is bad.
My haynes shows me a colored box connected to a white harness with three wires coming out of it. I don't know what color the box is because my pictures are in black and white.

Well,
My haynes says nothing of a number nor does it show a picture of the number.
Sorry

the flasher is a box. i dont think the color or numbers matter, but bring it in to a parts store and ask them if thats a flasher, then say you need a new one if it is. theyre cheap. like 5 bucks, i think

did you ask them what could be wrong? or would they have you come in for a "diagnosis"
