Question Good Exhaust Setup??

i was thinking about getting a hotshot header, a random technologies cat, a stromung midpipe w/resonator and o2 sensor bung, and then welding an apexi n1 muffler

2 questions:

1) about the random tech cat, can i get one for a b13 even though i have a b14? because the site i was looking at didnt have the b14 years listed. or would it be better to get one that was originally for the se-r?

2) will the apexi n1 muffler work with the stromung piping even though the muffler's inlet is 60mm. if im not mistaken, thats a bit larger than the ga16de 2" piping
