springs, large on front?

sorry for such a silly question, but there are NO instructions came with my springs *i didnt buy them- more later* and I'm a bit stumped. the stock springs on my 98 200sx 1.6.. the springs on the front struts are wider than the springs on the rear struts. on my replacement springs (sprint, hey, i got them for free, so why buy different ones) do the larger diameter springs still go on the front, or are the wide replacement springs meant for the rear, reverse of the appearance of the stock springs?

This would really belong in the suspension forum, but I will just tell ya to save time...the larger diameter ones go in front

Sorry about that , I was trying to chose the right board from the nissan models page, I didnt realize there was a suspension board up one branch
