the SE-R gauge cluster has a higher redline and top speed displayed on the gauges, so i dont know if it would work in a 95 200sx, dont really know why you would want to do it either...

To make it simple, the SE-R top speed is 140 on the cluster, the SE top speed is 120 on the cluster. Not really sure if it'll work, though.

actually the redline on the se-r (well on mine) is 7260

The higher speedo will work but you have to have it re-calibrated. The tach should work because it is running off of the tach signal from the car, although your car will still redline at the 6900 fuel cut off or whatever it is.

YES IT WILL

short answer: yes

long answer: if you had a sentra GXE (without the tach), there would be wiring problems that my writeup (below) would be able to solve. Since you already have a tach (and a 200sx for that matter) the SE-R cluster is direct plug and play. Each cluster has its own electronics for the speedometer and tachometer. The speedometer will still be correct. keep in mind, you have a 1.6 and the stock rev cut is 6900rpms, the new one will have the redline marked at 7100rpms, so I wouldn' be aiming for the redline when you drive hard.

Pretty much, it's not completely worth it to get the SE-R gauge cluster. All you're doing is adding a speedometer that goes to 150 on the face and a tach that goes to 9000 on the face, you will of course not be able to go faster or rev higher.

lastly, if you get one, make sure it matches your old odometer reading. An odometer swap is not possible from 1.6 to 2.0.

a 1.6 revs to 6900rpms. the 2.0 (b14) revs to 7100rpms.
