First things first

Alright, I have a 98 GXE with really nothing done to it. The only two things that are on it are a Weapon-R intake, which I know now isn't that great, and a cheap aftermarket muffler. It looks good since it has dark tinted windows and aftermarket alloy rims that were on it when I got ripped buying it. It sounds good since I had MB-Quart's and a Eclipse head unit put in. Thats all fine and dandy. I've spent all day reading the forums and going to websites that everybody is suggesting to buy parts from. What I really want to know is where do I start first? What is the best place to start? Maybe, like a roadmap to lead to the ultimate Honda killing machine. The biggest obstacle to overcome is getting some of the parts, if I decide to modify the car, overseas. I'm currently in England. I've read the NPM 200SX project car articles and been to Kojima's gararge. They are both great websites and very informative. But just thought I would see other perspectives on things. Thanks for your time.

Yup, most cost effective mod is the HS turbo kit.
