Progress spring rates for a 200SX?

Hey everyone.
I bought a 98 200SX SE-R with all basic bolt-on mods already installed. As far as suspension it has KYB AGXs all around with Progress springs and Motivational rear shock mounts. My question is, does anyone know the rates for Progress springs? The setup is great, lots of ride comfort with conservative damping sttings but handles great for all types of driving I do. But, one of my rear springs seems to be sagging so I'm looking at the Ground Control coilover sleeves for all 4 corners. The recommended setup seems to be 300 front/200 rear, does anyone know how much ride comfort I'd be giving up at this setup? Still OK for a daily driver? Also, I will not see any track use, just lots of fun windy mountain roads so would spring rates of, say 275 fr/175 rear be good enough yet make it more comfortable? Thanks in advance.

no idea... sometimes it's hard to get the rate of the springs from the vendors... I'm not surprised that your rear was lowered than you expected, same goes for my H&R.

uneven ride height

Thanks, guys. I found out that the spring rates are 180 front and 150 rear for the progress springs. My car has koni bumpstops and motivational mounts so it wouldn't bottom very often at all, when it did it wasn't jolting or anything. I am looking at Ground Control coilovers to solve the sagging spring problem. How about some 300 front/200 rear coilovers and REMOVING the stock front sway bar. The car always tends to understeer, so no anti-roll bar in front would allow better handling by not causing the front end to wash out as soon during those aggressive corners. Besides, with only street use 300lb springs is overkill for me; but, it works out as it should compensate well for the loss of the flimsy stock anti-roll bar.
